Client: Retensa, LLC
Background:
Retensa is the company I worked for during my summer internship, 2006. It is a human resource consulting firm focusing on preventing employee turnover in multi-discipline companies. I was hired as a technology intern to help develop the official website.
My Work:
My job functions at Retensa included maintaining the old website and, at the mean time, building the official website (except for graphic design part). Except for building websites, I also joined the research team of online marketing and implemented search engine optimization techniques (improved website traffic by 2.5 times). At last, I conducted a research about content management systems provided suggestions in purchasing.
