Cheng-Lun Li

I am a user experience researcher and designer with rich experience in delivering technology that is desired and usable. In my daily work, I apply various research and design techniques to create better user experience for digital products. My involvement in the development process ranges from user research, concept ideation, interaction design, and ongoing usability assessment.

I graduated from University of Michigan School of Information, specializing in Human Computer Interaction and Social Computing. In my graduate program, I have learned the fundamental theories, various research methods and design skills of these topics in HCI and applied them to the design process. I also realized about how great the value that HCI researchers can possibly create to the community/ organizations and the changes we can make.

I have huge passion for user-centered design, design research, collaborative technology, information visualization, and social software.
